When I search for stones, I look for ones that speak to me, that evoke something that resonates with my love of nature. This incredible piece of rhodochrosite has beautiful layers of blossoms, in every shade of pastel pink to rose to watermelon pink with cream surrounding each bloom, and slate gray helping give depth and definition.

My trademark garland-style necklace is Art Nouveau inspired, and makes a beautiful frame for the stone.  The cherry blossoms have a lovely subtle texture, and each has three articulated stamens. The piece is balanced with a leaf dangle.

The entire piece is made from sterling silver. The chain has an extender on it, so the necklace can be worn anywhere from 17" to 20". This design is beautifully flattering worn at the base of the throat.
