Oak Leaf Hydrangeas

When I lived in Middleburg, Virginia, one of my neighbors and friends introduced me to the oak leaf hydrangea. It is a woody hydrangea, with cinnamon peeling bark that is lovely in the winter. It has lovely panicles of off white flower bracts tinged with pink and green...simply lovely.

The leaves in this collection have been recreated from the leaves of a oak leaf hydrangea in my gardens.
